Here we go again.......
I have now finished the next track for Strange Trax.
The next song is again about the world we live. The way it is developing, and the way the governments are destroying it. The quest for Strange Trax, for me, is to at least try and voice what I feel. Songs can have so many different meaning, as long as our music means something to you, and you hear and feel the lyrics, then we are winning.
Again, this blog is used for the musicians involved with Strange Trax, and a way for them to communicate throughout the progression of the song. If you feel you want to comment, please do this on the profile page, or wait until the track is finished

I am just arranging the PDF, and will record the guitar and ref track this week. Not sure if this is "Rock" as such but I'm sure we can all play around with it,
Are you all still here???????
(really...we are...)
Adam....
IDEAS: I can hear a "Final Cut" or "The Wall" type of undercurrent to it. Slow down the tempo a bit, drop in a few minor phrases or turnarounds, go minimalistic on the accoustic.. and darker and starker on the vox.
This is just what I could imagine happening to this track to completely alter the whole feel.
OK, I will slow down the tempo a little on the verse, and main chorus. Then the post chorus I want to speed up, giving more of a bounce, but how would I record this to a click? should I record as two seperate tracks, then you can have the different tempo's and paste it all together??
This is what I wanted for this track, a bit more of a challenge, we could go all out on this even try some of your electro stuff in there if you wanted,
So are you saying, just letting the chords ring out more, or even just the picking, ? hitting more minor notes, with a few twists? a bit more acousting lead?
You have inspired me, now my head is spinning in creation!!!
